Arrival Time

We ask that you arrive 5 – 10 mins prior to your scheduled appointment time. Late arrival may limit the time of your treatment.

Cancellation

We request a 4 hour cancellation period prior to your scheduled appointment to prevent a 50% service charge for cancellation.

Special Health Considerations

Please notify our spa staff of ANY health concerns prior to your treatment.

Gratuities

Our spa staff is dedicated to exceeding your expectations and creating a memorable spa experience. Gratuities for their efforts are greatly appreciated and can either be given directly to the staff or extended at the front desk.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, traveler’s cheques and cash.
